But if you have questions about joining the agency, the person to talk to is Orange County Sheriff's Office Military Field Recruiter Rick DeMarco. For the past six years, DeMarco has assisted military service members in the hiring process. In this episode, host Jon Busdeker talks to DeMarco about where he finds military recruits, what happens if a deputy gets deployed and how OCSO is one of the best agencies in the country for hiring and supporting veterans.
